FAQ
Custom Mold Questions
Can you work from a rough sketch?
Yes. Many projects begin with a simple sketch, concept, or idea. You don't need professional artwork to get started.
Can you create a mold from my logo?
Yes. Send us your logo and we'll review whether it's suitable for mold production.
What's the difference between Standard and Professional?
Standard suits simple, flat designs and clean silhouettes, and is faster and more budget-friendly. Professional suits detailed or 3D shapes, textured surfaces and intricate details, and needs more design time.
How long does the process take?
3–7 days. Lead times vary depending on project complexity and current production schedules. Most projects begin with a design review before production starts.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes. We work closely with you during the design phase to make sure everything looks right before production.
Can revisions be made?
Yes. Revisions can typically be made during the design stage before final approval.
What file formats can you work with?
We can often work with logos, sketches, vector files, photos, and other reference materials.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. If confidentiality is important for your project, please let us know before sharing details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We work with makers and businesses around the world, and we offer fast FedEx shipping methods.
Can I reorder the same custom mold later?
In most cases, yes. Contact us and we'll be happy to discuss reorder options.
